General Is the quote without obligation?
Yes, with no obligation. We assess your installation and give you a detailed, closed quote with full transparency before any work begins. No surprises, no small print.
General What areas do you work in?
We work throughout the Costa del Sol: Marbella, Estepona, San Pedro Alcántara, Benahavís, Fuengirola, Mijas, Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Manilva and Sotogrande. If your municipality is not listed, contact us anyway.
Emergencies How long does it take for a technician to arrive in an emergency?
Our average emergency response time is 1–2 hours in Marbella and surroundings. We handle emergencies 24/7, every day of the year; for scheduled work, our hours are 6am to 10pm.
Emergencies Is there an extra charge for emergency service?
We do not apply extra charges for emergencies within our hours (6am–10pm). Our price is the same as for scheduled jobs.
Warranties What warranty do you offer on work?
All our work includes a minimum warranty of 2 years on installations and 1 year on repairs, in addition to the manufacturer's warranty on new equipment.
Warranties Do you issue invoices and official documentation?
Yes. We issue official invoices for all our work. We also manage electrical certificates, technical certificates and legalizations before the Junta de Andalucía.
HVAC Do you work with all air conditioning brands?
Yes. We are an official SAT for Daikin, Mitsubishi and Samsung, and we work with all brands: Fujitsu, LG, Panasonic, Toshiba and more.
HVAC How long does an air conditioning installation take?
A standard domestic installation is completed in one day (4–6 hours). For commercial premises or multi-unit installations, the timeframe varies depending on the project.
Renovations Do you do complete renovations or also small jobs?
Both. We can renovate your entire bathroom, tile your kitchen or paint your living room. No job is too small: you bring the idea and we make it real, with a fixed quote and no surprises.
Renovations Who coordinates the renovation? Will I have to chase several trades?
No. Our own team coordinates masonry, plumbing, electrics and painting, so you only have one point of contact: us. We give you a fixed deadline before starting and we stick to it.
Electrical Do I need to notify the insurance or community of owners?
It depends on the type of installation. For changes to the electrical panel or installations in common areas, we advise you and manage the necessary permits.
Financing Do you offer financing for large installations?
Yes, we have agreements with financial institutions for HVAC installations and renovations. Payments from €29/month, approval in 24h and no minimum deposit.
